Bonnie Beerer came to Abramson Labor Group from the defense side. At Ness & Associates she handled complex litigation, defending subcontractors through every stage of construction defect lawsuits. Those cases involve many parties, competing experts, and defendants who are all trying to shift responsibility somewhere else, and she learned to work a case where the other side has every incentive to complicate it.
She also teaches trial work. Bonnie competed on the Byrne Trial Advocacy Team at Loyola Law School, returned as an assistant coach for the team, and serves as an adjunct professor for the school’s Scott Moot Court Program.

Outside the office, Bonnie researches and explores everything with her family, from food to national parks.
