Einat Noiman is an Associate Attorney at Abramson Labor Group, where she represents injured workers in workers’ compensation cases.
Einat practiced business and transactional law for years before moving to workers’ compensation. She structured deals between companies, negotiated directly with owners and executives in boardroom settings, and drafted and negotiated the contracts underneath those deals. That job was mostly about reading risk accurately and finding a workable answer between two sides who wanted different things.
She does a version of the same work now, on cases that turn on medical evidence, contested records, and an insurer with every reason to wait her out. Einat is admitted to practice in both California and Israel.
