Amber Khan is an Associate Attorney at Abramson Labor Group.
Amber came up on the defense side. She clerked at a civil litigation defense firm and then worked as a hearing representative at a workers’ compensation defense firm, appearing for the carriers and employers she now litigates against. She knows what those files look like from the inside.
In law school Amber was named a Distinguished Public Interest Fellow and earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Pre-Trial Practice and in Legal Research and Persuasion. A CALI award goes to the student with the highest grade in the course.
