David Reagan is an Associate Attorney at Abramson Labor Group.
David ran his own criminal defense practice for more than a decade before moving to employment law. Criminal defense is where an attorney learns how the other side builds a case and how much of it survives contact with a judge.
He has been licensed to practice in California since 2011 and is admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and to the federal district courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California.
David earned his J.D. at Santa Clara University School of Law and his B.A. at the University of Colorado Boulder. Super Lawyers has selected him on multiple occasions.
