Ellen Shin came to Abramson Labor Group from the commercial side of litigation. She practiced as a commercial litigation associate at Clark Hill and as a business litigation associate at Grant, Genovese & Baratta, representing companies in disputes over contracts, money, and business relationships.
That background shapes how she works now. Business litigation is document-heavy and slow-moving, and it teaches you to build a case out of what is actually in the record rather than what everyone remembers. Ellen brings that same discipline to representing employees against the companies she used to work for.
She earned a Dean’s Scholarship at UCLA School of Law.
“I am fully committed to their case and work tirelessly in pursuit of the best possible outcome for them.”
