Madusha Nanayakkara is a Senior Associate Attorney in workers’ compensation at Abramson Labor Group, where she manages a high volume docket and represents injured workers at hearings, depositions, and trial.
Abramson Labor Group is the only firm Madusha has practiced at. She joined the employment pre-litigation department as an associate in 2022, was promoted to senior associate the following year, moved into workers’ compensation in 2024, and was promoted again within that department in 2025.
She earned her B.S. at the University of California, Riverside, and her J.D. at Southwestern Law School in 2020.
Madusha was born and raised in Los Angeles and is a first-generation Sri Lankan American. She knows what it is to deal with an unfamiliar system without anyone to explain how it works, and she runs her cases so her clients never have to.
Outside of work, Madusha hikes and spends time with her family and her chihuahua mix, Ginger.
