Megan Rodef represents employees throughout California at Abramson Labor Group. Her focus on employment law started in law school, where she earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in her Employment Law capstone, given to the student with the highest grade in the course. She earned a Witkin Award in Remedies on the same basis, along with an Award for Academic Excellence, and reached the finals as a brief writer in her school’s Trial Advocacy Honors Program intramural competition.
Before law school, Megan worked as a contract analyst at Children’s Dental Fun Zone, reviewing and analyzing agreements for a growing business. That work gave her an early view of how contracts get written and where the language quietly favors one side.
