Nardeen El-Guindy spent about three years as an associate at California Business Lawyers and Corporate Lawyers, where she handled employment defense litigation and breach of contract cases. She represented the employers. She now represents the employees on the other side of those same disputes.
Three years of defense work means she has read the internal documents, sat in on the strategy calls, and watched companies decide what a claim was worth to them. Very little of what an employer’s counsel does in an employment case is unfamiliar to her.
Nardeen is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and attended law school as a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. Outside the office, she swam competitively for seven years and still makes a point of staying active.
In her words: “I genuinely care about understanding what you’re going through and making sure you feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the process. I’m always in your corner and will work hard to protect your interests.”
